Dansereye
A new kind of dance company
Translated from the Flemish, Dansereye simply means dance stuff, and originated from books of popular dance tunes called Dansereye, published in 1551 to accompany ordinary folk dances. Dansereye has also been defined as “particles of dance with strong interactions.”

Back by popular demand and performed by the original cast, we presented the return of the genre-bending audience favorite of the 2023 Season.
Music by Junior Brown, Emerson Lake and Palmer, The Weepies, The Buggles, DJ Chipman and Yummy Yummy, Claudio Monteverdi and Wendy Carlos, Nickleback, Christina Aguilera, and Everlast.
Second Salt (World Premiere)
A modern parable about what really happened at Sodom and Gomorrah. Hint: It wasn’t about the sex!
Dansereye has commissioned original music by renowned film composer
Craig Safan.
La Bici (or, The Bike) (World Premiere)
A new comedy, Dansereye put their athletic and imaginative spin on the world of professional cycling, set to beloved Italian classics.
Music by Gioachino Rossini, Giuseppe Verdi, Felix Mendelssohn and
Friedrich von Flotow.
