Randolph Fernandez

Randolph Fernandez, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, trained with Marcia Dale Weary at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. He started his career under Angel Corella at Philadelphia Ballet (formerly known as Pennsylvania Ballet) in 2015. 

Fernandez joined Oklahoma City Ballet as an apprentice in 2017, and was promoted to corps de ballet in  2018, and most recently to soloist in 2023. His repertoire includes works by George Balanchine, Jerome  Robbins, August Bournonville, Jiří Kylián, Twyla Tharp, Ben Stevenson, Angel Corella, Septime Webre, Val  Caniparoli, Helen Pickett, Jeffrey Cirio, and Jessica Lang, just to name a few. His favorite roles include Bluebird in Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye’s The Sleeping Beauty, Twyla Tharp’s The Golden Section, and Helen Pickett’s Petal. Since being promoted to soloist, Fernandez has added the roles of Laertes in Stephen Mills’ Hamlet, and Hilarion and Peasant Pas de Deux in Jolicoeur-Nye’s Giselle.
